As a senior account manager, Kristen builds long-term client relationships on a foundation of empathy, efficiency, and excellence. She finds joy in partnering with individuals in complex organizations to hear about their needs, advocate for solutions, and ensure everyone’s success.

A former Salesforce admin of a Red Argyle client, Kristen joined Red Argyle because of her alignment with its values and approach to putting clients first among equals. With her experience of being both an Argyler and a client, she strives to be the person who makes everyone’s day brighter, provides critical information, listens with empathy, and makes everyone look like a rockstar.

Kristen is a Salesforce Ranger, Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Sales Representative, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner. Her tech career began with an “accidental admin” path, and she feels lucky to work in a fast-paced industry that feeds her lifelong curiosity and need for change. Before Red Argyle, Kristen was a sales operations analyst with Higher Logic and held positions at Informz (eventually purchased by Higher Logic).

Kristen loves everything that takes time, patience, and practice: hiking, long-distance running, yoga, and good tattoos. She is a graduate of Rutgers University.
