On November 15, 2010, Tom’s dream to start a business became a reality, and Red Argyle was born!

It’s amazing to think that it’s been 13 years since then, and we’re still pursuing the dream of building and operating a company that delivers great work to great customers and takes care of our team.

On the topic of team, it’s the thing we are most proud of. Working with such great people over the years, watching them grow, and providing an environment where people can be successful and deliver their best work is amazing. We’ve celebrated countless accomplishments, milestones, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and, of course… great pets over the years thanks to our #fur-gylers Slack Channel (amongst other fun and vibrant channels in our Slack).

Beyond the fun moments, we remain committed to building a great workplace. In the past year, we’ve completed the rollout of our team titles and compensation program. We’ve also increased the benefits Argylers receive across the board. Tom and I are proud that through hard work by everyone, we accomplished this together as a team.

We have a huge amount of gratitude for our customers. Without customers, there wouldn’t be a Red Argyle. We’re still doing business with some customers who have been with us since the beginning 13 years ago (Check out our CCNY case study here). Beyond that, we’ve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest brands in the world and being a trusted long-term partner there.

So much has changed with technology over the years. When we started with Salesforce, what we call “classic” was still brand new, workflow rules were all the rage, and Apex API 19 was still cutting edge. Stevie Wonder was the Dreamforce band, Steve Jobs was delivering Apple Keynotes, and AI was a crazy idea. Bitcoin was under ten bucks, and Instagram was still a little startup.

Looking ahead, we can only be certain that technology will continue to change and evolve, and we look forward to evolving with it. We’re also doubling down on one thing we know is constant: People are good, and taking care of our team and customers will continue to be an ongoing formula for success. Here’s to the future!
