Over the last 18 to 24 months we have seen unprecedented growth, which has presented us with an “opportunity,” ok maybe a necessity, for us to rapidly innovate. The great process, systems, and tools that got us here were being stressed. What was once working well was having issues under the weight of all the new clients, projects and staff. It was time for us to think of ourselves as a client and look at new and innovative ways to work.
Let’s take a look at what we have done to date …
We put our clients first by looking at all the different touchpoints. From our marketing to onboarding new clients, to managing the engagements, to invoicing and post engagement support we have touched almost everything we do and how we do it.
We have hired staff at every level and position and because of this have defined and documented new processes, create new tools and have hired an HR firm to help us make sure the great people who work here stick around.
A side benefit of all these new people; they came with great ideas and experience which have allowed us to expand our offerings both in services and the Salesforce products supported.

One of the biggest changes we have been working on is around the method we use to do the work. While we have always taken some form of an agile approach to our engagements have solidified this as well as the tools that support it, all of which are built on Salesforce. These changes have allowed us to now manage the smaller engagements as well as those into the several hundreds of thousands of dollars.
We are excited with all that we have accomplished. We could have not done this without the support and continued dedication of our staff and great clients. We are on the path to being one of the best Salesforce partners in the world.
